Theme Park: High Concept

High Concept: Explore the Mystery.

A mansion filled with puzzle and mazes themed around the short stories and poems by Edgar Allen Poe. Bringing the mystery and morbid tales to life by having guest solve puzzles and interact with small trinkets and shows between the main puzzles. Each puzzle room will retell one of Poe’s most famous tales, throwing the guest into the height of the plot. While transitioning from room to room, the mansion will carry trinkets that come to life as guests pass or interact with them, that relate to Poe’s poems or hint at the next room’s theme.

Theme Park: Morbid Manor

A mansion filled with puzzle and mazes themed around the short stories and poems by Edgar Allen Poe. Bringing the mystery and morbid tales to life. The main structure would be the mansion, which is 3 stories high. The house would be inspired by the layouts and styles of north eastern american mansions from the 1800’s, such as; Castle Hill Ipswich in Massachusetts, Cairnwood Bryn Athyn and Fonthill Doylestown in Pennsylvania. It will also take inspiration from gothic european castle ornamental decorations, which decorates the outer-part of the structure. The first floor of the mansion will open into a large foyer. In front of the door will be a grand staircase to the second floor. Behind the stairs will be an exit to the backyard and underneath the stairs will be the entrance to one of the restaurants. Planet Building: Echo

The planet Echo is 60% water, with land masses that are almost completely connected. The land is close together, if not connected, and filled with lush plant life. The people on the planet are advanced intellectually but technologically they are not as advanced as Earth, because they prioritize their environment over their progress. As such, the plants have flourished and almost overgrown. The animals have evolved to survive either on the dark forest floor or to be able to climb into the canopies of the trees. The people have built their houses in the trees, connected with rope bridges, in the heavily wooded areas. In less densely wooded areas, they make their houses on the ground. Ground based settlements are usually larger and serve as a sort of marketplace to trade amongst the different tree settlements. They hunt the animals in the canopies mostly, sometimes venturing to the forest floor. They also grow fruits and vegetables in or near the larger settlements. All

Worlds and Archetypes: Photo Theme Park

Every Tuesday afternoon at Faire Graves Cemetery, the sound of a carnival can be heard across the field and out the gate. The spirits of the cemetery will set up their Fair for the living to enjoy. The different times the spirits had inhabited in life comes together to create a hodgepodge of attractions and characters to be found at the Fair. Classic Fair games are set up, 3 or 4 of each game, all slightly modified throughout the years. Their patron calls visitors over, luring them with better prizes as the years go on, or collectables that you can’t get anywhere else in the earlier years. An array of foods from different eras and areas are spread out on large tables together. The dishes don’t mind being mixed into a different year, all knowing they are delicious in their own right. Past the pie eating contests is an open lot where shiney new vintage cars gleam in the sun. Vehicles ranging from classic Ice cream trucks to vintage beetles are admired and bragged about. As the yea
